Less exercise last week as I wanted to slow the weight loss and was actually struggling to eat more on some meals as I was getting full

Still over my target loss of 1kg for last week (which is still fairly rapid) so now looks like I will hit my second mini target next week and my first big target of 10% loss of starting bodyweight the week after if I am lucky, if not no stress. 🙂

None scale victories for this week... walking pace is the fastest it's been for a long time and meals are getting me fuller faster than 4 weeks ago.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
