I have shown a gain of 2lb I have had a bad couple of days just had my cateract done last week so rather uptight didn't stay on my diet I will weigh again on the 1st July
67.0 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
