The last kilo and a half are being very stubborn!
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Kate. Thanks so much. I use the gym/pool/exercise for fitness but I have really missed the supporting role that exercise plays in stabilising my weight at target. I have been up and down like a yo-yo through lockdown.

I know you are close to your goal too, amcq. I don't know whether to cut calories a bit more for speed but added grumpiness or just plod on..............

I haven't changed my calories as I've started working out quite a bit to tone up. maybe that's why I'm not loosing the rest or maybe it's muscles? who knows! I can't lower my calories or I know I'll go near the kids snack cupboard and that won't be to clean it😅
