Still sticking to the 5:2 diet. seems to be working. However my exercise regime is also helping but having said that I am cutting down on that. But aware of Christmas so need to be very careful!!!
65.2 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
