really ashamed of myself as I couldn't stop eating chocolate but now as from TODAY I WILL
START BACK ON MY DIET.
just realise I have lost 3st.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
