need another kickstart now to try and lose another 2-3 KG. Now is it!!!
67.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi MJHolmes, I am doing the 5:2 plan, avoiding meal after 6pm and lots of exercise. What you mentioned...is that similar to Atkins diet?

Good morning Risty, Yes it is similar to the Atkins diet. I have to see a dietian every 5 weeks and this is what she put me on. Except, it is only 800cal intake a day and I must confess, I have eaten more than 800 cals. lol. But I'm getting back on track. ;-)

SO no more breakfast of Special K and toast? I have wicked sugar cravings, any helpful hints? Looking forward to the challenge and all good ideas. Completely stuck!

Chocolate with high cocoa content! that is one of the super foods. Try nibbling on that when having a sugar craving Lalafalala
