8st 12lb and 20% bodyfat - the day after a hefty cheat day! Not bad, happy with bodyfat. Low weight is probably lean muscle which has converted back. Looking forward to training again next week.
Last week was a deload week, plus I had a cold. No exercise since 10.28mile run on Tuesday.
