Calorie intake < calorie expended
No alcohol for 3 weeks (Dec 7th) - if poss till my holidays start (Dec 19th)
Lose at least 1 Kg (2 if poss ready for piling back on during Christmas!!)
70.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
