Up a bit this week but owning it. I have done my measurements and compared them to 05/05/13 and am totally disheartened a gain of 10.25 inches. Time to figure what is going to work for me. I am absolutely miserable plus I hate having to be so consumed by my weight and not ever being happy.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
