Watching what I eat (calorie counting) and moving :) Even when going out to eat, I watched what I was eating. Parent's noticed I was losing weight! Today, I had a higher calorie breakfast but I felt like going for a walk with my dog. We walked about half a mile :)
85.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
