Thanks lovely girl............no, I won't worry until I can't get my board shorts on! (they are getting a bit tight though) Are you booked for hair? I am!

Anne i am not too sure i want lockdown to end , to soon and it will be chaos and i don't know how they will police it, look at scenes at liverpool winning the premeirship and bournemouth beach, pretty much the same at Worthings beauty spots.

I agree Chestnut. I think things will be chaos. People have lost the plot and seem to have given up on social distancing etc.

Anne i know i like a pint but i won't be going in a pub for awhile to see how it pans out.

I have the same plan. I am waiting for pools and gyms to open but will wait a couple of weeks after opening day to see how it goes. I have booked hairdresser for 3 weeks after she opens.

Hi Paul. I answer to both!

Hi Anne, what’s the target for this year anything planned ?
28 Jun 20 by member: paulw69
all plans out the window due to covid really. Try to stay fit and healthy is the priority .

Hopefully we may still have time to get into that swimwear 👍

I think the nearest I will get to swimwear is my 5mm heavyduty wetsuit suitable for scottish waters!

Haha I don’t doubt you’ll look great in either, still staying active and keeping up with the training well done hopefully not long now then we can get back in those gyms 👍

I hate sea swimming but I have to do something. You know how it is!

I know how it is needs must I’ve been using a pull frame made of scaffold poles welded up doesn’t go well with the garden furniture but would have been lost without it Lol

That will work! I miss the buzz of the gym and the rhythm of the pool. I wonder how all my pool and gym buddies are getting on!

We been keeping in touch and exchanging Ideas all way along but everyone’s in the same frame of mind to the point a few have given up and lost the motivation which is a real shame before the lockdown they had worked so hard and done really well, one of my friends says he’s lost nearly 2 inch off his biceps and you’ll know how hard it will be to get that back it’s made him feel really low.

Ah poor guy. Hopefully he will come back stronger than ever at the first clank of iron and whiff of gym mat! My exercise motivation never wavers.......it is diet I struggle with. I still have the mindset of a 20 year old : I can eat what I want and not put on weight. Wrong!

Wet suit & weights sounds a great name for a bar (post lockdown of course)
