can't stop cheating grrr
92.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

You need to get stubborn, that cheat is robbing you of your goals, and you can't let it do that. See it more as an enemy than a friend and it will become easier to resist.
