74.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Aww shucks. :). Great job sergeant...it is a bit of an adjustment in the beginning.....but good things start happening. You'll be at your goal in no time :)

Thank you both so much :) Still a long way to go, but only 1.4lbs away from having lost 40lbs since August now! Although that was originally my target for Christmas, I honestly think I would have given up on it had I not found the Dukan...thank God for the Dukan diet! Bbody can't believe you only have 6lbs to go! Must feel amazing, you'll be there in no time, but I hope you stick around here on FS during your last phases! And Preggo! The fountain of Dukan knowledge and experience! Thank you both so much :) Just need to keep plodding along and shrink for the next few months! 38lbs to go!
