I have lost 1lb making me 10st 12.
I have cut back on my bread and eaten more salad plus I have 1 orange every day and still have my magnum daily so hope to show a loss next week as well
68.9 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
