Ok. Weight not gone up by that much and I am pleased. With a 3 week stint where I did not go to th gym as I had a cold and also because of Christmas and holiday, I feel I have done well. Starting with regime again but off o work trip for 3 weeks during Feb. Fingers crossed I will not gain weight during that time either.

And YES!! Back to normality and routine. Gym sessions back on and diet to plan again. .
70.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
