Am so glad I started this. I though it would be really hard, but I am finding it easier than expected and am considering everything I eat. I still have 'treats' but make sure it is balanced out with lots of vegetables. Protein for breakfast, does mean I don't want a snack before lunch. I feel so much lighter as well. I haven't been to well this week either,and normally I would turn to comfort food, but realised that I didn't need more food I needed less as I was not being active.
Monday I will be starting my exercise regime, body pump Monday and Thursday and on Tuesdays its zumba toning. with a walk for at least 45mins on the weekend. I know that If I stick to recording what I eat and exercising, plus cutting back on alcohol and changing the alcohol I drink, when I am in a social situation. I know the weight will come off and I should reach my goal in April.
Then I will just have to maintain my weight. I know to do that I will have to keep recording everything I eat.
As I am writing this I am feeling really excited for what is to come.
