I weighed in today after my binge over Easter and have gained 2lb I am now 11st.1lb so now as from today back on my diet and should show a loss next Tuesday
70.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
