Ok, it's been a bad couple of months. Been low on confidence, lost interest in stuff and just been pretty depressed. I've been on medication for about 6 weeks now. Weight's piled on again but I'm not getting into that state again. I'm gonna be watching what I eat more sensibly. I went for a run for the first time in about 6 months just now.

I don't know how well you can tell the size of the place from that view but the perimeter's around a mile and half. I spent half hour jogging in there, it felt kinda good. I'm gonna have another go tomorrow, keep going. Need to reverse this, been kidding myself thinking I was ok, it's so easy to let yourself go.
