Happily surprised I did not go up even more! I have not been longing and only halfway sticking to my Positive healthy eating habits. I’m hoping I can stick with FatSecret and continue in the good direction. It’s an effort! But well worth it.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
