I have broken my wrist and it had to be the right one so now I'm having difficulty opening packages and tins but I weighed this morning and I haven't put anything on but I haven't lost anything either so now I have to take myself in hand before it gets out of control
70.9 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
