So, another slight gain, of 0.2kg but I am winning in terms of (1) keeping below the 80kg marker (for how long that is the uncertainty but I plan on trying to maintain around the weight for the remainder of the year) and (2) I have dropped my body fat down 0.2%. I'll take that!
