Sorta difficult to see the numbers creep back up but I suppose it's to be expected since I'm expecting. For my height, my BMI classes me as overweight to obese! Hard to take but I don't feel fat. Sure, I have some wobbly bits but that's never stopped certain men (and some women!) from approaching me. Spanx work wonders and most days I feel pretty good about myself. I am slightly worried about the weight gain from the pregnancy. I'm sure I'll start to see numbers on the scale I've never seen before in my life and that worries me. I guess as long as I'm maintaining my targets as discussed with my midwife, I just have to go with the flow and enjoy this fantastic blessing that's come to me.

Congrats on the baby! Just remember you only need a few hundred more calories a day. Work with your doctor. Some people take pregnancy as time to eat whatever they want and end up gaining 60 or more pounds. If you are able, go for walks and eat as healthy as possible. Pregnancy is hard on the body and the healthier you are, all the better for the baby. Good luck and have a great pregnancy.
