Angry an ashamed of myself. I'm slowly getting back to where I started. I'm struggling really bad with my depression it's like I really don't care anymore. I seem to be taking one step forward then two steps back.
110 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try not to get upset about what’s already happened, that’s the past. Concentrate on now and how you can make a difference. Look in the mirror, visualise a future you and make it happen. You’re the sculptor, make you into a beautiful masterpiece. You know you’re in there.

Hi Shahidax1 Sorry to hear you're not doing good. This might help: It was my birthday in June n on the way to the restaurant, my sister thought it would be cool to buy me a big bar of chocolate - with nuts in it mmmmm!!!! Now don't get it twisted - it was a very good idea THEN lol! Unfortunately, I've been having a bar every week since - so I understand a little bit! Were I to give you advice, it would be "get up n try again!" My mischief has resulted in a great big zit on my chin lol. Anyway, new friend - I hope you find something that works for you.😀 I'm gonna cut back on the chocolate.

7 kg is still a huge difference! Maybe you have some pictures of yourself or perhaps some clothes that fit better after losing bunch of weight! I remember when I was 100kg and felt the fattest and then gain another 7 on top. While I look back at my 100 I don’t think this way anymore. Get some nice orange or citrus oils to lift a mood, read more motivational stuff and perhaps seek some cure for your depression. In the end its not about the kg, its about how you feel about yourself. You are doing just fine! Don’t doubt it!

Don't be ashamed... you've done great! 7kg down is a lot. :) Sorry about the depression... it sucks donkeys balls. :( Only upside is that you know it'll pass, and the day will come when you feel "normal" again.

Keep going your doing well don’t plan ahead I only plan day by day as I never know how I’m going to feel or if what pain I will be in or if anything happens to upset me so I’m with you for support 😁

Guess what? You are being human, but you have resolve. Personally I find that it is very important to own one’s actions and that is exactly what you did by telling us of you slip. It is part of the journey. I do not pretend to know your circumstances but I have had to deal with a lot of sh.t and that made me depressed... and put on weight. We are here to give you support, we send good vibes and encouragement. We are here for you!

it can be a cycle when you eat unhealthy, 'well I've had one biscuit, might as well have another.' plan ahead so much it makes your brain hurt. good luck to you 💜

You’ve done so well so far. There are times when you just want to eat more or wrong things. As long as once in a while and back to start again next day or when you feel better it will all work out. Just keep going x

Don’t waste time being angry as it’s pointless because you can’t go back in time. Your energy is better spent on what’s happening right now, concentrate on making what you’re eating now to make it low calorie, healthy and delicious and plan what you’ll be eating for the rest of the week and remember, if it doesn’t go in the shopping trolley then it won’t be in your cupboards at home tempting you to eat high calorie rubbish food. You can do this! X
