Ok, I don't know how to edit this morning's weigh in but here goes. Yeah, it's only half a pound but half a pound is half a pound. I checked after my shower and that's what it came up with. Plus I've cycled 10 miles today, done a day's work and had a low calorie intake so I'll look like I'm losing crazy weight if I overstate today.
