well whatever made my guts have a clear out yesterday evening worked, I've lost a pound in a day
84.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Not a chance now, I think I was just plugged up,plus I also noticed that my scales were hovering between 13 st 5 and 13 st 4 before settling for 13 st 5, so fingers crossed there is still more to come off.
