So it was a stag-weekend for me this week, and it is reflected in the 0.6kg that I have put on. But things are going to hopefully settle down now, so I am looking to get back to losing the weight and getting closer to my target weight. Only 3.8kg to go to the next target, but it does feel like a bit of a mission. Gotta keep going though.
