Things that make you go mmmmm! I almost didn’t record the weight gain it must be water I don’t see how I can gain 5 pounds overnight. I did have more sodium yesterday then what I am used to. I might try and fast today.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
