Got weighed properly just now, since starting this app a few weeks ago I’ve lost a good lot of weight, my fat index has gone from 29.2% - 28.5% which I’m very happy with! And weight from 16.8 - 16.3
103.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
