I am feeling very disheartened this morning as I've been so good on my diet and yet I have shown a game of one and a quarter pounds. my body is messing me about and testing me but I will still keep going as there is no way I'm going back up to 13 stone 8 lb but when it hits you like this it makes you feel like you want to cheat but I'm not going to
72.3 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Forget the scales, how do you feel? Do you have more energy, feel stronger? These are the important things. It makes me sad when I see people get so disappointed over numbers, because there is so much more going on inside your body. You’re doing great ❤️

Trico is spot on! Yes, the scales are a measure but they’re not the only one. If you absolutely have to have quantitative rather than qualitative though, try getting a tape out and measuring changes to waist, hips, thighs, etc. You could be surprised. Take care!
