Yey we have movement but boy I miss carbs 😨
84.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

I tend to stick to the 'healthier' ones if I have them. whole-wheat wraps, cous cous, rice and root veg like parsnips or butternut squash to replace

nice but I can't have anything that grows below ground or any starchy veg or grains....am keeping carbs below 20g at mo which means I have to get them from dark green veg to get vitamins and minerals .on a us note I don't crave chocolate anymore and I am becoming quite creative in the kitchen lol
