How do they taste? Have you tried baking eggs in muffin tins? Put cheese, ham, veg, etc. (Pick a nice mix) into the holes then add beaten egg with seasonings and bake to give muffin/omelette like breakfast treats. Or anytime treats, really. Just put the ingredients you use into your cookbook so you can record easily. Take care!
