More to do with the visit, I'd guess (even if it is TMI ;-) )

Well done!!! I would like to try fasting, but how do you get through the day? I am sure I would struggle with hunger all day.

I find that if I get hungry I just drink lots of water - hunger comes and goes, it doesn't build and build, it comes in waves

is it healthy! I would have thought that fasting has the opposite effect on weight loss, as your body goes into starvation mode, and stores fat. if it works out for you, but I would not like to try it. eating MORE of the right things is the best way

Eating a small amount of food for days means that your body equalises your output to the input, as you are still burning glucose for energy. Fasting for days - as long as you have body fat - your body goes onto burning fat for energy - which energises you - to go out and catch something to eat - so you 'feast' in between - eating mainly fat and protein and very little carbohydrate. Carbohydrates - especially fruits, below ground vegetables and starches - which have all been altered in the last 60 years to have genes that we aren't used to - are the problem. Our bodies were designed a long, long time ago and our genes/needs haven't altered by much. In the 20th century we changed so much of the genes and method of feeding our food and processed food that our bodies are confused. You don't need paleo you just need to eat real food - and fast. It's what we were made to do.

Okay, Okay, yes I messed up - not the first time lol - won't be the last if I have my way. How about Fast and eat real food - at whatever speed you like! Fasting is cheap too

Only teasing you, Mini. 😂😂 I'm planning on building a day or two of fasting into my life once we get back from Tenerife with the boys. Quite possibly not a total fast but one that challenges my will power and encourages me to make better choices. I already do 16:8 in general so maybe a couple of 23:1 in there to mix it up a bit. I've been reading your journals with interest - Larry's too. Time to take the plunge!

Minitata for my car accident I think she pled not guilty to try for a reduced sentence, not have other convictions considered, or take a plea. I'm thinking the latter.

That's why you always weight after morning poo and fart.
