I didn't quite manage to avoid the weight bounce back but the increase was very small - After a month of my weight being quite static I can see some progress. I also feel the hunger pangs I was having in July early august have subsided and my body has got used to the increased carbs.
Yesterday though a major non scale victory, I went into the local town (Witney) and tried eight pairs of sized 34 inch waist jeans on. All of them fitted me very comfortably around the waist - This is a major result because in January 2017 I had to buy a pair of 40 inch waist trousers for a winter holiday. I am feeling extremely chuffed about this.
