DAY 187 . Started back on my weight- watchers pro points . This always worked for me , more than counting calories . So from yesterday we have started , listing and working out the pro points system . This stops my mind on focusing on the next meal . So hoping we came finally start to see a change on them dam scales next week . Happy days ...xx
