DAY 191..... Still tryin extra hard plus staying away from them dam scales . I know I still have along way to go . But I reckon this time I will do better . Got though that tough time thinking I was not good enough . And now my head getting into a happy place too . This can only be good , I hope you all do well thus week . Suzie, you are doing great, just keep chipping away, you have already made a great start with your 12.5lb loss, do not beat yourself up about things not moving fast enough or not losing enough, slow and steady is the way to go, and deffo do not weigh yourself more than 1 time a week, I have set my weigh-in to 14 days and figure that's fine...I like to know I have done ok, but also do not worry about it too much either. just know you are doing ok and will keep doing ok in the long term, you will get there.
