DAY 199 ....
still counting down . hoping that is is a new start for me . been just that little bit down , but hoping that has passed by now . for all those that have supported me through this what i call a small blip . i want to say thank you .
this week has made me realise hat you have to take life by the horns and enjoy it to the full .
not long now before we start our new challenge . and if you know someone who my benefit , by all means let me know their details and i will send them an invite .
even those reading this will realise even my wording has gained that extra bit of confirmation .
