Over the last couple of weeks I have had a few days where I have not really been hungry. This Wednesday was one of them, only 1190 calories throughout the day. My meals were rather salad and veggie based, but I still think the thing that takes the edge off my hunger is the couple of coffees that I have enjoyed during the day.

I call them my version of a bullet proof coffee. It’s just instant coffee, (Café Noire) with double cream instead of milk. I am experimenting with the amounts of double cream, but generally have between 15ml to 30ml. It most certainly takes the edge off my hunger and I stop thinking about food.
