Today is a fasting day, I think. I'm getting ready to head to Savannah, and hope I don't forget anything for the wedding I'm officiating!
It's a 9 AM ceremony on the beach, just a dozen or so people, very hippie style. Afterwards there will be a big BBQ at a friend's house for the reception.
I'm planning to stay on plan, but I might allow myself to deviate a little. This afternoon, I think I'll bake a keto-friendly dessert to take.
It's going to be a fun weekend!

That sounds so awesome. I have been thinking of driving to Hilton Head for a few days, probably wait. Enjoy that beach breeze in Savannah!

while on keto don't forget your carb loading in one or 2 meals on one day every 4-5 days..........if you've been good for 3 days allow yourself some BBQ et all..........it works better than being keto all week...

Thanks, y'all! I'm really looking forward to all the folks, especially the kidlets that will be running around. They're the closest thing I'll ever have to grandkids. :)
