Day 5 out of 7 on 18:6. Just getting harder for me but that's why its called a challenge. Going to change out the batteries in my scale hoping that's why it can be a bit erratic.

I remember when I joined and when I saw someone only needing to lose 25 lbs or less I would think...what? That's it? And now I am there...amazing!

I even signed up for a speed dating meetup next month. Haven't dated in about 8 years and am not looking forward to it at all but like they say, "Just look amazing and SHOW UP!" NO expectations and focus on the moment, not my past, not the future. New Day New Challenge.

that speed dating does sound somewhat nerve-wracking! Maybe just take it for fun and lightly.

Thanks everyone! Glad I'm not alone HCB : ) @Erika After watching Catfish, I figured better see someone in person than a poser lol. I never get out so this will force me to.

I'm on the downhill side of a 36 hour fast. It does get easier as your body rhythms get used to it. I'm gearing up for a 5 day fast with LadyInDenim on the new moon. It'll be interesting to see the results of that.
