My scale is stuck BUT my clothes are loose, legs thinning out, feeling better. Guess my body is catching up to the weight loss. Wake up Scale!

No one sees the number on the scale but you!! Inches people can see!!!

I'm with RkTkFx the scale is only delt with once a day you deal with the clothes all day long unless your a nudist haha.

You are gaining muscle, that will cause your metabolism to increase. I having the same issue.

Water plays a huge role in misleading us with the scale, particularly for women, though some people have more linear loss than others either way. Just remember, "fat loss =/= weight loss" sometimes. I go thru it 2-3 weeks at a stretch, even when I'm 1000x certain I'm losing fat, and after a time you can even start to even "feel" the difference.
