Keeping track of what I eat is not as hard as I thought it was going to be.
Have signed up for the 12 week challenge to find a new you. I am looking forward to this. Have told my sister about Fat Secret and hoping she may join.

Yes, a positive attitude is half the battle! :D While I'm not 'dieting' as such, I like the tracking so I can choose better options. I know I need to up my protein a bit and lower the carbs and fats, so this is great to look at what I can eat more of and what I should cut back on. Enjoy your weightloss journey! :)
