I'm new to this site, just joined today!
Four years ago, I managed to lose 12kg but in the four years, I almost regained the same weight. I'm focused on the target weight of 54.5kg. I'd like to achieve this in 8 months.
At the weekend, I went swimming and swam for 40 mins (breast stroke) and today, I lost 200g! Yay! I will keep it going and eat less, eat lots of vegetables and do a lot of exercise at least 3 times a week.My husband is now quite keen on losing weight so I will invite him to this site too!
As I regained the weight, my mentality has changed. When I was slim, I had quite a lot of confidence but now, I do not have that. I need to change. I need to change my life (well, at least my appearance) so that i can feel comfortable with my vessel. I think my body is just a vessel to carry my spirit. I need to look after it. As I take care of it, it will respond and will treat me nicely!
So, I promise to myself that I will make my body as attractive as four years ago :)
