I never got to do my journal entry yesterday so herer is how My saturday went:
Yesterday was an epic-ally busy day.Did Zumba in the park, went swimming, got my hair done and braved Central London with its crowds for about an hour. I ached in a good way and I went out dancing last night. I may of had 1 or 2 drinks but it was mostly water for me last night.
This morning I woke up hooped on the scales and .... OMG!!! I already lost 1lb. I know its not a lot but i'm ecstatic with that. I have been very strict with myself and stuck to my work out and my better eating habits. I'm feeling very proud of myself. I hope this trend continues as i get more active. :)
