well I've lost almost 2lbs this week.

I'm happy with that, though my main aim is to ensure I get the right nutrition, which is apparently 50-60% calories from carbs, 12-20% from protein and 30% from fat. I'm just about achieving that.

That's supposed to work out at 2000 calories, 70g total fat (20g saturated fat and 50g unsaturated fat), 300g carbs, 45g protein, 5g salt or 2g sodium. though I'm on 1700 calories. Not really sure how I'm doing on that front!

I'm not really doing anything special, just cooking fresh budget food which I'm trying to balance and cycling to work and back totalling 9 miles each day 5 days a week.

If I can loose weight though, that will be great. according to the BMI calculator I need to be 145lbs and 31" waist to be just inside the normal range. Currently I am 151.6lbs and 32.5" waist. which is a loss of 6.6lbs and 2.5". Don't think I have ever been that low all my adult life!
