You look fantastic Anne, but ultimately only you know what your comfort zone looks like👍. I'm sure you'll be back to it in no time x

Thanks for that Suma. The thing is I know how hard it is to lose weight and get in shape and at 55 years old it is only getting harder. So, I try to keep a tight reign on these things.

Thanks, Hump and Jamie. just cause you can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there, hiding and waiting to pounce when you least expect it!!

Aw Anne that is kind. I hit 50 on Wednesday. Going to be carefully gentle on myself til then. Then I am trimming the fat. Just been given an amazing pair of walking boots as an early gift 🥾 🥾

Wow, lots of celebrations one after the other! Danger territory. But you have a plan so you will be fine.

Hello Anne I'm brand new to this forum. You appear very slim and motivated. Is it ok to ask your BMI or height/weight and what it was previously? I don't know if that is an acceptable question on here? Forgive me if it isn't. The reason I ask, is I am wondering if you lost a lot of weight via a particular means? I am looking for best method of losing weight but being strong and healthy. Thanks in advance.

Hi Liza . I am here to help me maintain. I tend to yoyo the same 7 - 10 lbs. I am up at the moment but I never been very overweight. There are some people here who have lost incredible amounts of weight too. Have a look at profiles and journals and support the ones relevant to you. Then they will come up on your feed. Personally, I calorie count, weight train and cardio. I stick to the basics, nothing complicated. I don't know my BMI but I am 5 ft 9 and weight 64 kg. I would like to be 62 kg.

Hello again Anne Thank you very much. I don't know if I am answering you directly lol..I will need to practice finding my way around on here. That's brilliant that you maintain a tight grip on your weight. That is my main aim, rather than yo-yoing. Thank you.

Yes, you have answered me directly in my journal. My journal isn't private so whtaever is written here can be seen by anyone who cares to read it. As you are private, some people might see your post here and comment. It is all part of the fun and learning process.
