The coffee part, not the gym part! 

I was about to ask.... 😂 I need to get one too. Working out is easy... but find me time to sit with a coffee like that. A moment to remember ... 

The sun was out, there wasn't a queue, no-one waiting for me to get back to them on anything. All the moons lined up so I stopped and chilled! Nice it was too! 

Love your leggings...loving the cup more ❤️❤️ 

Anne, that was a wise move as always. As long as it is not a caramel latte with cream on top... all good!! 

BTW Paula, it was bench press s/s with leg raises. Pec dec s/s with body weight squats, back hyper extensions s/s with 21's. Then a long stretch with some planks and bridges. That was nice too! 

TBF Suma, that was the main reason I took the photo. I thought the cup was too cute not to!  

I am lucky PV. I only drink black coffee with a splash of milk. I am not keen on the fancy stuff. 

Oh, that sounds like my kind of day. A nice gym session followed by a coffee alone just hearing the birds if possible . Miss that. But it seems that the abduction/addiction machines were not used ... 😂😂 

Wasn't leg day! That is planned for Tuesday with cables also thrown in. But well spotted! You are on the case.

I like the colours  

I usually just have coffee at the weekends, Ptemek. No sugar for me either.  

As you may have noticed, Chesty, I have training bottoms in every colour and pattern known to man!
