Weekends are always bad for me!
Managed to stay under my 219g carbs but still 35g under in protein, it’s rest day from gym so I’m thinking that hitting my 200g isn’t really a big issue and I’ll push again for it tomorrow!

I’m now on day 4 of low carb, I’m feeling much better today as while at work all I wanted to do was sleep😴
Always learning which is good considering help is never about when I need it

I try not to undo effort in 1 day🤣 I like this new way of eating, I know that low carb can take around 2 weeks for you to get used to so wanted to keep on track, I’ve done quite well recently 💪🏻
