Really hungry today after a good gym day.
500 calories meal. Everything is waited, not fat added. Slim noodles.

500 calories - 😋 tasty !! tomatoes 🍅 cucumbers 🥒 onion feta olives with some tuna cooked with no fat.

Lovely meal around 500 calories, no fat added. Garlic salt pepper on spinach, pre-boiled potatoes, courgette olives, slim beef. Feeling healthy and full!
