Pan fried salmon fillet with lemon and herb butter, new potatoes with parsley butter, brocolli and french beans...lovely it was too...one of my fave meals...

Oven baked haddock and chips, some mushy peas, and some danish bread...washed down with a huge cup o tea...I was absolutely ravenous...really enjoyed it...best get back to work then...

Ok, well, got away with that last couple of weeks without any increase in poundage, despite numerous over limit days, though to be fair, I did not do it every day, and it was not all trashy food.
I have been here before, so I am not too surprised, as this is one of the positive elements of losing the weight in a slow steady manner, aka, you find your weight often goes back to the last 'stable' point if you just eat normally again and give it a few days to work itself out.
I have been following a tighter regime again in the last few days, as in working harder to not go over my RDI, so hopefully, that will translate into another 1lb loss into the coming week as I doubt I could get away with another week or two of overeating without an increase in weight.

Finally finished the current job, just had my last McDonalds for lunch, a double mac, no cheese, for a while I reckon anyway, as I won't be back in that area for a wee while.
So will have more choices when caught short on time or called out on short notice, looking forward to a sleep longer than 4 hours too.
Cat decided I did not have to any more work this afternoon, so had an hour off...
