So, I'm going back to basics tomorrow. I've calibrated the scales etc and I am going to record fat loss, muscle mass etc too.I have the function on the scales so I ought to use it.
I've still been doing ok, just cba to record it all.Sometimes you need a break and when my scales seemed to fail me,I lost motivation to document it all.
However, I've picked up my mind set again and will get on with recording etc from tomorrow and yes I know the scales are going to read different to before so I am ready for it to hit me.

Going to do some ab exercises and weights today.Went for a midday snooze so will not have a late lunch.I will just have a good tea to make up.
Self confidence is starting to wane again.Although I know it won't last long.

Right, so I've been thinking for a while that my old trusty fancy do it all scales aren't really doing it all properly.
So today I got on,I got off, I got on, I got off.On some readings I was 159.4lbs, what?!! that cannot be so, next I was 140lbs, hmmm that can't be right either.
I got my WII board out and decided to weight test on that instead, ok now it makes me look like I have put on but I cannot trust previous readings from my scales.
Balance board says I am 158.7lbs.
Regardless though, I know I'm a slow loser but this is pathetic!! frustrated.com lol.
Tempted to start this all over again :-(

I knew I'd take it over my set RDI yesterday as I was visiting family and had a roast.Can't exactly tell them how to cook my meal or tell them I'm following Slimming World this week.Mind you it isn't too far over so not too fussed.The roast dinner was very nice I may add.
I don't know if anyone has noticed but I've had a name change from mmw1 to Lissaloolah.hehe.
